— About
Forty-four homes. One sensibility.
A quiet residence shaped by craft, light and considered hospitality.

Our philosophy
Seashell began with a simple wish: to build a place that travellers would mistake for home, and that residents would mistake for a hotel.
Each apartment is composed rather than decorated — a deliberate quiet that lets daylight, marble and timber speak for themselves. We believe in long stays, slow mornings, and the everyday rituals that turn a stay into a season.
Our work is not in the ornament but in the absence of friction: the temperature of the bath water, the angle of the reading light, the silence of a well-fitted door.
— Our values
What guides every decision.
Quality
Materials that outlast trends. We invest in the permanent over the fashionable.
Simplicity
Less ornament, more intention. Spaces breathe when they aren't overcrowded.
Light
Every room is oriented for natural light. Curtains and blinds give you control.
Hospitality
A small, dedicated team — not scripts. Names remembered, not room numbers.

— Craft
Made by hand, kept by hand.
Cabinetry by local joiners. Stone selected slab by slab. Linens woven for weight and weave. The residence is maintained by a small in-house team — many of whom have been here since opening day.
